We here at Never Settle are always looking for new ways to improve our products and we love hearing from you!

How can we improve our products and make them better for you? That’s where we can use your help!

If there are features that our products do not currently support but you think would be a huge added value for you and lots of other people, then please share them here with us.

Before posting your idea, here are a few tips that will help make your request stand out and succeed:

Look to see if someone else has suggested the same idea, or something very similar. Many ideas are being submitted and it’s very possible that another request already exists. In that case, add your vote to the existing request.

Be as descriptive as possible. What does the feature do? Where would it be located? Who would use it? How does this improve the overall experience of the product?

Please note, this is NOT a place to get support or ask questions about how the plugin works. If you need help, please visit our help desk. If you use one of out free plugins, you can post in that specific plugin forum on WordPress.org.

How can we improve our products?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Add a check box for "Need Old Mattress Hauled away?" on the delivery scheduling page.

    This would decrease the need to always place this information in the notes of the delivery streamline check out more. Also, we could then track the number of haul aways to reconcile with our recycling company.

  2. Prompt delivery in an exchange

    Right now, after the transaction is complete, one has to go back into the order to schedule the delivery of the exchanged item. Also, maybe flag the delivery as an exchange so the delivery guys know to pick one up.

  3. Alphabetize a purchase order for ease of ordering

    It would be helpful if a purchase order could be alphabetized for larger orders so that it would be easier to find items and order on a B2B site.

  4. Print product labels at time of receiving PO

    During the receiving stage of a PO it would be great to print off the labels for those products so you can label them at the same time you're receiving them. Ideally you could choose to print off any combination of the UPC barcode, Price, Title, and SKU.

  5. Assign a delivery time to each item

    If each product had a delivery time associated with it, we could easily tell how full a delivery day was without clicking through all deliveries that day while scheduling a new delivery. Also, since each one has an address, we could calculate drive times and give an overall delivery capacity for the day that would be updated with new deliveries scheduled.

  6. In the cart, add a margin button

    It would be helpful to see what the overall ticket margin is on a specific sale while in the cart. This could look like a discreet button on the bottom right (not called margin so because customers sometimes see the cart) that would launch a pop up screen of the overall margin of the ticket. This would inform us in the sales process of any further discounts we could administer.

  7. See more about products from the cart

    It would help us tremendously if we could see more about a product from the cart. When we hit the location type and qty, create two more line items- on order for customer and on order for stock. This allows us to see a more complete picture of the product and helps us to communicate quickly with customers. Also, the other way this can happen is if there was an "add to cart" button on the "more detail" page of a product in the case where we are tracking down info and want to get it into the cart- this…

  8. view and edit customer info from the delivery page

    It would be helpful to be able edit customer info on the fly when in the delivery scheduling page or the scheduled delivery page. A small "view customer button" that opens the editable customer info like in the cart would be best. Thanks!

  9. on the home page, add a daily sales widget

    Right now, it has monthly sales and a closing percentage which doesn't seem to align with anything (ours is 96% currently). There are a few places this would be helpful.
    1. quick links to dates in the sales tabs i.e. "today," "yesterday," and "this week"
    2. an additional quick link in the reports tab next to "last 7 days" for "today" (right now, we have to add a custom date of just today to see the numbers).
