How can we improve our products and make them better for you? That’s where we can use your help!
If there are features that our products do not currently support but you think would be a huge added value for you and lots of other people, then please share them here with us.
Before posting your idea, here are a few tips that will help make your request stand out and succeed:
Look to see if someone else has suggested the same idea, or something very similar. Many ideas are being submitted and it’s very possible that another request already exists. In that case, add your vote to the existing request.
Be as descriptive as possible. What does the feature do? Where would it be located? Who would use it? How does this improve the overall experience of the product?

when you save a quote, give option of emailing it or printing it
right now, when one saves a quote, it exits out of the quote into a fresh cart. It would be helpful to save the quote, and then get the option of emailing it or printing it right then when a customer is in front of us instead of the extra step to go back into the open quotes, open it, then having those options

Give everyone access to cash drawer
Only one person can log into a cash drawer at a time, it would be great if everyone could. We have times where we are on the payment page to complete a sale, already scheduling the delivery and then the customer pulls out cash and we have to go back to the cart and save it as a quote and go open it on another computer. In busy times, we have had to wait until the computer with the cash drawer freed up and made the customers wait.

Add Vendor name and contact info on POs
Please add vendor name and contact info on POs. Right now, only store staff member and deliver to address shows up. There's no obvious way of identifying the vendor the PO is for (other than by looking at the products ordered). Vendor name at least would be very helpful.

Allow an item to be exchanged for an item that's already in the invoice.
We are running into the issue where we go to exchange an item for something that is already in the cart but it won't pull because it's already in there. We have customers who change their mind all the time on size within 30 min of their purchase and after they get home. We are looking for a way to unpost an invoice to edit it or have more freedom for exchanging items on an existing order.

PO Start Numbers
With our recent upgrade to Touchpoint, the PO numbers started at a lower number than where we left off on our former POS. As we move forward with transitioning our other stores to TP in the coming months, they'll all probably encounter the same thing. For clean bookkeeping, can we begin all TP PO# at like 20000 or something with more than five digits so we can hopefully eliminate any issues?
