Make the plugin fully WPML compatible
Make the plugin fully WPML compatible + be part of the WPML Global program.
Be aware folks, Right now there are issues that make impossible to have it work properly in multi languages website with translated shipping methods text.

On Oct 16, versions 3.1.0 and 3.1.1 (https://goo.gl/9ifzR9) added additional / full support for WPML in shipping method translations and duplicate product IDs for translated products.
